Small Minivet

Post is part of the project- Birds in the neighborhood. | Bird 17

These clicks are taken from rear balcony of my home in Warora (Dist: Chandrapur).

A beautiful bird. Males have gray crown, cheeks, and back. Throat and wings are black, tail is black with pale yellow edges. Breast is orange and gradually fades into yellowish-white underparts. Black wings show a patch of orange. Female is duller than male. Female have light gray upperparts, dark gray wings, whitish throat; and light yellow underparts. Observed a little orangish tint below wings.
